The pbr is the newest trend for getting realistic looks with the textures and shading. so think of it like a very nice variety of tools exclusive to iclone. the iclone meshes are highly customizeable with textures and render very fast in indigo, you'd be surprised how realistic you can make them look. I don't like how the autodesk meshes look, but they do seem convenient for filling up a background scene because of their great rig and low poly. and it's nice to be able to think of a great idea and have the tools to fill your scene quick. the poser characters look different than daz, spore characters look like no other, make human is fun for extreme mods, modding from scratch is an adventures, iclone meshes are highly customizeable. Honestly, the more diversity the better - it just changes the flavor of the movie. So anyone know what may have happened? Or perhaps know of a step I missed? Applied the DUF, exported and upon importing into 3DXChange, he's the regular ole base character, with no body morphs. In fact, to experiment, I did a guy, chose a morphed body that made him ultra skinny. But every other step in that video I followed exactly. I followed the "iClone 6 Tutorial - Importing Daz Genesis 2 Characters to iClone" tutorial to a T, except I actually did some morphing and used a female instead of the male. Applied the DUF file, exported and imported into 3DXChange, and lo and behold, it's just the base character. Just to make sure RL didn't have anything against breasts, I tried a second character and I used the same Genesis 2 female base, I but I morphed her body into a pear shape with a big ole gut, and elf ears. Upon import into iClone, the breast modification made in Daz is now missing. Applied the facial DUF file, and exported. Using a Genesis 2 Female base in Daz, using a Genesis 2 outfit, and I modified the breast on the character from within Daz. Brekel Face 1.9.x – Kinect mocap with.Flaming Pear plugins (Moons, Stars, Water).External render: Reality (now open source).PZ3 Editor Lite – edit Poser Library files (free).

“You can select it in your Library then click the Download & Install button” It took me 40 minutes of searching until I found the following aside, buried in a Forum thread: So the process of getting G3 seems a real mystery. DAZ’s main Genesis 3 information page has no links to any G3 downloads or product. The latest version of DAZ Studio states clearly that it only ships with Genesis 2. Some readers may be wondering: “ What?! I only have Genesis 2, where do I get Genesis 3?” Good question - none of the Victoria 7 DAZ Store pages have any indication of how you get Genesis 3. Available now is the new flagship female DAZ character Victoria 7 for Genesis 3, which only works with the DAZ Studio 4.8 beta.
